Your assessment stands on its own. The Program is for when you’d like to keep going, with clinical support alongside you as things change.
The heart of it is ongoing care. You work through a comprehensive tracker in your app, covering everything from symptoms and energy to sleep, habits and daily routines. Your clinician reviews your progress, and your plan and strategies are updated as you go, so things keep moving in the right direction. You can reach your clinician for check-ins, questions and encouragement along the way.
And when it helps, we can refer you into a trusted network of practitioners, an integrative doctor, naturopath, nutritionist and more. You engage them directly, while The Cellular Method stays the constant that holds it all together, folding their recommendations back into your plan so everything stays connected and nothing gets lost.

A comprehensive daily or weekly tracker in your app, covering symptoms, energy, sleep and lifestyle, right down to your sleep hygiene and daily habits, reviewed by your clinician who adjusts your plan as you go

Questions
Before you begin.
Does the assessment need to be face-to-face?
No, the assessment is built for telehealth. You complete your intake online, and your care plan and strategies are delivered through your app. You receive a voice walkthrough recorded specifically for you, so you can listen and replay anytime. If you’d like to talk through your plan in more detail, a phone or video call is available.
What’s the difference between the two options?
The $350 assessment covers everything, a comprehensive clinical consultation, personalised care plan, voice walkthrough and app access. The $600 option adds pathology: we order testing chosen for your specific clinical picture and interpret it as part of your assessment. If you have recent bloodwork (within 6 months), you can bring it to the $350 assessment and we’ll include it at no extra cost.
How does pathology work?
Testing is ordered through our pathology provider. You’ll receive a referral and attend a Laverty Pathology collection clinic near you, with locations across Australia. Results are reviewed by a registered Australian medical practitioner before your clinician interprets them for you.
Can I bring my own bloodwork?
Yes. If you have recent results within the last 6 months, they can be included in your $350 assessment. Let us know in your intake form. If any additional testing would add meaningful insight, we’ll recommend it separately.
How long does the whole process take?
From your intake to receiving your care plan, most clients hear back within 5 to 7 business days. For the $600 pathway, add the time for pathology collection and results, typically another 3 to 5 days. Your voice walkthrough and care plan are delivered through your app, so no scheduled appointment is needed.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No referral needed. You can begin directly. If anything in your assessment warrants follow-up with your GP or a specialist, we’ll let you know and can provide a summary letter to support that conversation.
What if something concerning shows up?
If a result or symptom warrants prompt medical attention, we’ll contact you directly and refer you to your GP or the appropriate specialist. Scope discipline is built into the model, and your safety is always the priority.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is stored securely in The Cellular Method app and is not shared with third parties. You retain full access to your data at all times.
