How long does a session take?
Sessions typically take 30–60 minutes depending on the package selected. We'll confirm the expected duration when your appointment is arranged.
Is there a consultation required?
All new clients complete a short health intake before their first session. This is reviewed to confirm suitability before your appointment is booked. There is no charge for the intake itself.
Is there a prescription fee?
A $50 prescription fee applies to IV vitamin infusion sessions. This covers the prescription issued by our partnered medical practitioner prior to treatment, and is separate from the package price listed above.
Can treatments be customised?
Yes, if none of the formulated packages feel quite right, we can build a custom infusion tailored to your goals. Your custom infusion can also be guided by your blood results for an additional layer of precision.
Is IV vitamin therapy safe?
All treatments are coordinated and administered by an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse, in partnership with a prescribing medical practitioner. A health intake and pre-treatment screening is completed before your first session to ensure the chosen therapy is appropriate for you.
How often should I have an infusion?
This varies depending on your goals and the package selected. Some clients find a single session helpful; others incorporate infusions into an ongoing routine. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.
