About the consultation

For adults who want a thorough review of their health, whether something feels off or you simply want to know where you stand.

Every consultation is individual. Your health history, symptoms, goals and blood test results shape the recommendations in your report, so the plan you receive is written for you.

This may suit you if

  • You have symptoms such as low energy, poor sleep, changes in weight or mood, or hormonal changes, and want to understand what may be contributing.
  • You have had blood tests before and would like them explained properly, in the context of your history.
  • You want practical strategies for nutrition, movement, sleep and stress that fit your life.
  • You are planning for long-term health and would like a clear starting point.

How the consultation works

Four stages, from your first form to your written report.

Consultation form

Complete a detailed online form covering your health history, symptoms, lifestyle and goals.

STEP 2

Testing

Your core blood tests are ordered for you and collected at a pathology centre near you. You can also bring recent results of your own.

STEP 3

Results interpretation

Your results are reviewed together with your history and explained in plain language.

STEP 4

Care plan, recommendations and practical strategies

You receive a written report with your plan and strategies you can follow day to day, and an optional call to walk through your results and plan.

We practise within AHPRA and NMBA standards. When your results point to further support, our integrative team, including doctors, naturopathy, nutrition and allied health, can be involved. Anything beyond your consultation is optional and quoted before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

Is the consultation done by telehealth?

Yes. Everything is online. You complete your consultation form, collect your blood tests at a pathology centre near you, and receive your written report. If you would like to go through your results and plan, an optional call is included.

What is included in the $350 fee?

The consultation fee covers your consultation form, ordering and interpretation of your core blood tests, your written report with your care plan, recommendations and practical strategies, and an optional call to go through them.

Can I bring my own blood test results?

Yes. If you have recent results, usually from the last six months, tell us on your consultation form and we will include them in your review. If additional testing would give useful information, we will recommend it.

Will I pay anything extra for pathology?

Pathology providers set their own billing, and some tests are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. If any test may carry a fee, or if additional testing would give useful information, we quote the cost to you before you commit.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans are available for the consultation.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly. If anything in your consultation needs follow-up with your GP or a specialist, we will tell you and can provide a summary to support that conversation.

What if something concerning shows up?

If a result or symptom needs prompt medical attention, we contact you directly and refer you to your GP or the appropriate specialist. We practise within AHPRA and NMBA standards, and your safety comes first.

Is my information private?

Your health information is collected and stored in line with Australian privacy requirements. We share only what is needed for your care, such as your pathology request.

Is the consultation available outside Australia?

The consultation is currently available to individuals in Australia. Our training is open to practitioners worldwide.
