Questions
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No referral needed. You can begin directly. If anything in your assessment warrants follow-up with your GP or a specialist, we’ll let you know and can provide a summary letter to support that conversation.
How is the consultation completed?
Entirely online. The assessment is built for telehealth: you complete your intake online, and your care plan and strategies are delivered through your app. You receive a personal walkthrough of your results and what they mean for you, so you can return to it anytime. If you’d like to talk it through in more detail, a phone or video call is available.
What if something concerning shows up?
If a result or symptom warrants prompt medical attention, we’ll contact you directly and refer you to your GP or the appropriate specialist. Scope discipline is built into the model, and your safety is always the priority.
